This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services on AdsPosts, including promotional listings, featured ads, and subscription plans.
2. Promotional Listings and Paid Ads
· Payment is Non-Refundable: Once a promotional listing or paid ad is published, the payment is non-refundable.
· Service Delivery: We make every effort to display your ad as purchased; if we fail to deliver the paid service due to a technical issue on our part, you may request a refund or credit.
· Request Process: To request a refund or credit, please contact info@adsposts.com within 10-15 calendar days of the payment date with relevant details.
· Refund Approval: Refunds are issued at AdsPosts’ sole discretion after investigation.
3. Subscription Plans
a) Subscription Types
· AdsPosts offers subscription plans for recurring services such as premium job listings, highlighted ads, or enhanced visibility packages.
· Subscriptions also allow to keep your listings online longer.
· The subscription's validity period. ie. Period after which subscriptions will expire.
d) Refunds for Subscriptions
· We do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid.
· If AdsPosts terminates your subscription for violation of Terms, no refund will be provided.
4. Payment Disputes or Errors
· If a payment is deducted but the service is not delivered, please contact info@adsposts.com within 10-15 calendar days with proof of payment.
· We will investigate and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.
